Nia Live at the Alive and Well Health & Fitness Expo This Saturday 2:30-3pm

Kelly LaBrecque called me last week to ask if I would like to do a Nia demonstration at the Alive and Well Expo this weekend and the Cumberland County Civic Center in Portland as WCSH6 Channel 6 Fit at Five Feature! Come join us on stage from 2:30-3:00pm for 1/2 hour of Nia bliss! We will be taking the stage at 2:30 and asking members of the audience to come up and try Nia. A Little about Gail Condrick
Gail Condrick comes to us all the way from Florida. She is a communications executive, creative problem solver, teacher, and motivational speaker on wellness issues. She brings over 25 years of experience to her classes and workshops. Gail is a certified Black Belt Nia instructor, who has trained with Debbie and Carlos Rosas, the creators of the Nia Technique.

Incorporating her interest in mind/body awareness and communication, Gail became a Reiki Jin Kei Do Master, or Reiki Healing with Wisdom and Compassion, after several years of training. She offers private sessions and classes in Reiki. Gail is a graduate of CMED, the Caroline Myss Educational Development Institute, and a Sacred Contracts Archetypal Consultant. She has studied with Caroline Myss since 2004 and continues her own explorations while offering classes and workshops around the world.

Healing Magic of Nia Class in Camden Maine Sunday Aug 9th

Brown Belt Nia Instructor from western Massachusetts, Diane Firtell, will be hosting a special Sunday night Nia Class at the beautiful High Mountain Hall in Camden, ME. Keryn Gottshalk, our Nia White Belt sister in Camden, is hosting this wonderful event. Diane will focus on accessing self healing with Nia. Should be a wonderful evening. Class will take place from 6-7:30pm at High Mountain Hall. There is a $12 suggested donation for all participants. Anyone interested in carpooling to Camden from Portland? Notes on Blue

What an amazing week! I am officially a Blue Belt Nia Instructor and loving it! My week in Portland Oregon with Nia Founders, Debbie Rosas and Carlos Rosas, was a profound experience that I will carry with me throughout my life. 40 eager Nia instructors came together to embrace this beautiful movement form. I am grateful for the chance to deepen my relationship with Nia and look forward to bringing more pleasure, insight and clarity to my classes.
