Kelly LaBrecque called me last week to ask if I would like to do a Nia demonstration at the Alive and Well Expo this weekend and the Cumberland County Civic Center in Portland as WCSH6 Channel 6 Fit at Five Feature! Come join us on stage from 2:30-3:00pm for 1/2 hour of Nia bliss! We will be taking the stage at 2:30 and asking members of the audience to come up and try Nia. Kelly will be dancing with us and I am looking forward to getting the word out about Nia. So put on your Nia wear and head on over to the Alive and Well Expo this Saturday, Sept 26th!
