Bring a Friend FREE Nia Class Tonight!
Bring a friend for FREE tonight at our first Monday Night Class at Dragonfly Taijiquan Room 240 in the Railroad Building 222 St. John's St in Portland near Margaritas. Make sure to bring some water and a mat if you like. Drop in for $12 or use your class card and your friend or family member comes for FREE!

9am Saturday World Arts Nia Class Reminder
Starting May 9th, this Saturday, the morning Nia Class at World Arts is now permanently at 9am-10am. See you there! Drop in anytime for $12! World Arts is located at 65 W. Commercial St in Portland in the Match Star Buildings near the Casco Bay Bridge.
