Demystify the steps and stances of Nia and uncover your inner dancer! Sunday October 18th, I will be offering a series of 1 hour semi-private Nia Clinics at my home studio in Cape Elizabeth.
The clinics will review the basic steps and stances of Nia. This is your time to ask questions about specific movements or anything esle that may be hindering your play. We will work with your body's way to move and build the confidence needed to embrace your beauty as you dance through life. Learn to trust in your muscle memory, relax your nervous system and discover your connection to universal joy!
