Healing Magic of Nia Class in Camden Maine Sunday Aug 9th

Brown Belt Nia Instructor from western Massachusetts, Diane Firtell, will be hosting a special Sunday night Nia Class at the beautiful High Mountain Hall in Camden, ME. Keryn Gottshalk, our Nia White Belt sister in Camden, is hosting this wonderful event. Diane will focus on accessing self healing with Nia. Should be a wonderful evening. Class will take place from 6-7:30pm at High Mountain Hall. There is a $12 suggested donation for all participants. Anyone interested in carpooling to Camden from Portland?
