What an amazing week! I am officially a Blue Belt Nia Instructor and loving it! My week in Portland Oregon with Nia Founders, Debbie Rosas and Carlos Rosas, was a profound experience that I will carry with me throughout my life. 40 eager Nia instructors came together to embrace this beautiful movement form.
