I have always known youtube can be a resource for some entertaining videos, but did you know how many great videos are now available about Nia? Debbie Rosas was recently featured on a South African television show, Free Spirit" after her visit there earlier in the year. The video is around 8 minutes and I highly recommend a look to any current Nia enthusiasts and curious people out there looking for a healthy and fun way to keep your body, mind and spirit in shape!
