What are Sacred Contracts?

There is a calling, a longing, to find the connections that bring us home to our soul, to find the spirit and the meaning in our lives. Caroline Myss calls this our Sacred Contracts; agreements made before we were born that shape every aspect of our lives and relationships. Imagine how you may live, whom you would forgive, and what you might do if you had an insight into your personal soul plan? Sacred Contracts explores the world of archetypes and allows us to identify the old friends who have been with us all of our lives. Once you've met your archetypes in a consultation or seminar you will be forever changed. Your archetypes are old friends waiting to be acknowledged by your conscious mind, and waiting to show you your life purpose and to assist you in life choices that match your soul destiny. www.myss.com

Notes on Blue

What an amazing week! I am officially a Blue Belt Nia Instructor and loving it! My week in Portland Oregon with Nia Founders, Debbie Rosas and Carlos Rosas, was a profound experience that I will carry with me throughout my life. 40 eager Nia instructors came together to embrace this beautiful movement form. I am grateful for the chance to deepen my relationship with Nia and look forward to bringing more pleasure, insight and clarity to my classes.
